Medicine Fail

The doctor has declared my new medicine a failure and so now we are on to tests, starting at the less invasive and working our way up. I am scared. Scared of how I'll feel in the upcoming days without medicine. (I have been taking one or another for 4 weeks now and even though they didn't solve the problem, they have helped some.) Scared of invasive testing. Scared that we won't find an answer to this since the specialist has admitted that he is baffled. Just scared of the unknown. So if you could, say a prayer for me.
