Nicholas cannot get swimming out of his head. Last night he saw his swimsuit as I tried to do laundry and he went to work putting it on over his clothes so we could go swimming. This morning he kept asking about going to the beach and when I informed him that we don't have a beach here, he asked for the pool instead. Then he found his beach hat in a suitcase I'm packing and put it on his head and insisted it was time to go to the beach. If only putting on a hat made a beach appear!
I do hope to blog more about our trip, but for now I have to eat lunch and get on the road if Nicholas and I want to make it to the hotel we booked for tonight.
